Below are PDF links for new member, green power program and automatic withdrawal forms. A letter of credit from a previous or existing utility supplier, or a $250.00 deposit is also required at time of application for membership. Applicants can fill out the new member and ACH applications at the links below and print for submission to Morgan County REA, or submit an online application for service. Both types of membership require a $5.00 membership fee.

- Automatic Withdrawal (ACH) Form - members can set up Automatic Bill Pay through SmartHub or fill out and print off this form and either return it to MCREA headquarters along with a voided check or scan the completed form and a voided check and email both to customerservice@mcrea.org
