SmartHub, MCREA's self-service customer portal, allows MCREA members to receive and pay bills online or from their mobile device (iOS and Android) with a check (for any account) or credit card (Large Power & Industrial accounts excluded). No registration is required. Just use your billing account number and your last name or the name of your business to pay your bill quickly and easily. Please note that Pay Now only allows you to pay your bill. Unlike the full SmartHub site, you cannot view your usage or report an outage. Members can also pay their bill anytime by using our automated, secure toll-free phone service by calling (855) 951-3595 (same benefits and restrictions as SmartHub). It is quick, easy and secure.
Automatic Withdrawal Service
Along with SmartHub and our toll-free service, members can also take advantage of the Automatic Withdrawal (ACH) service. Simply fill out and print the Automatic Withdrawal (ACH) Form and either return it to MCREA headquarters along with a voided check or scan the completed form and a voided check and email both to customerservice@mcrea.org.
